International Service Guide

Our international courier services include International document express, International parcel express, International Airfreight and Import Express.

International Document Express:

This is designed for sending important items which weigh less than 5kg’s anywhere in the world. It facilitates the door to door delivery of non-declarable outbound shipments internationally. These shipments do not require an origin and value declarations at customs.

International Parcel Express:

This service is designed for sending non-documents anywhere in the world. These shipments require a “commercial Invoice” and other related paperwork based on their value, destination and commodity. This service should be used for shipments weighing 30 kg’s or less.

International Airfreight:

This service is designed to facilitate the door to terminal delivery of a declarable outbound shipment internationally. These shipments require a commercial Invoice for customs purposes. This service should be used for shipments weighing 30kg’s or more.

Import Express:

This service is designed to allow the door to door delivery of declarable and non-declarable inbound shipments from other international origins. The department of customs and excise levy customs duties and VAT on declarable items.
